HELP: How To Redirect Using Screen Width With Php

How do I redirect to another page using user screen width because I will like to redirect users with the following screen widths to their respective pages.

I have the following;
1. < 576 (less than 576px)
and
2. > 992 (greater than 992px)

Note: Using PHP
@dealwap @Laive @Dynamo @abcheats and all nctians

@aaron there is no real way to do this in php
php is a server side language combine it with JavaScript through Ajax and you'll be able to do what you want Smile
